Tour the workspace
Library holds every photo; Albums group them; Favorites and ratings help you cull. Creative Tools open the AI editor for object removal, backgrounds, generative fill, upscaling and photo merge.
Your first edit
Open a photo, drag the Light sliders or type a prompt into the AI field, then press Save. Your original is never changed.
Importing photos
Drag and drop
Drop files anywhere on the Library page or use Upload photos. Several files upload at once, each with its own progress bar.
Supported formats
JPG, PNG and WebP are supported everywhere. HEIC/HEIF and TIFF are accepted when the server can decode them; otherwise the original is kept and a preview is not generated.
Limits
Per-file size follows your server settings (40 MB by default). Storage counts the original file size against your plan.
Editing tools
Light & Colour
Exposure works in stops (−5 to +5). Highlights/Shadows/Whites/Blacks target tonal ranges. Temperature moves in Kelvin-equivalent steps (+100 ≈ +2000K).
Detail & Effects
Texture affects fine detail, Clarity mid-tone contrast, Dehaze atmospheric contrast. Sharpening uses masking to protect smooth areas. Vignette, Grain and Fade live in Effects along with highlight/shadow colour grading.
Compare & history
Use Compare for split, side-by-side or hold-to-view-original. Every change is in History; Undo/Redo are ⌘Z / ⌘⇧Z. Versions are stored each time you save.
AI & credits
Two AI systems
AI Develop turns prompts into slider values and is free. AI Generative Edit changes pixels (removal, backgrounds, fill, expand, upscale) and uses credits.
Credits
Each generative operation costs one credit. Credits reset monthly with your plan; packs can be bought in Billing.
Without a provider
If no AI provider is connected, generative tools run local approximations in your browser so you can still test the workflow.
Export & delivery
Formats
Export JPG, PNG or WebP. Quality applies to JPG/WebP. Exports are rendered from the full-resolution original with your edits applied.
Resizing
Set width, height, percentage, longest edge, shortest edge or megapixels. Aspect ratio is preserved unless you choose otherwise.
Batch export
Select several photos in Library or Batch Edit and choose Export to download them together.
Account & billing
Profile & security
Change your name, email and password in Settings. Remember-me sessions last 30 days; changing the password signs out other devices.
Plans
Upgrade or downgrade in Billing. Storage and monthly credits follow your plan immediately.
Delete account
Settings → Danger zone removes your account, photos and presets permanently.

PhotoPilot provides photo storage and editing tools “as is”. You keep all rights to your photos. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Privacy Policy
We store your account details, photos and edits to provide the service. Photos are private to your account and served only to you. AI operations send the selected image to the configured provider for processing. We never sell your data. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
